Workforce CEO Task Force

In late 2023 I had the pleasure of working with my friend Stacy Woodruff of The Woodruff Group on a report for Schmidt Futures related to their now-completed Opportunity Engines project. Stacy and I conducted several rounds of interviews with six SF grantees chosen for their innovative practices and transformational potential, and the resulting report features their shared insights and a number of fun provocations related both to philanthropy and federal workforce policy.
